Wednesdays 3-6:45 pm each week. (On-Going) & now 2nd Thurs. 2:30-5:30 hourly classes. $5.00 an hour or 1/2 hour. $10 for 2 hour classes.

    Classes continue on at Karen’s home. Our Findlay Market Show looks great! So, we’re going to plan on doing more shows in 2007. Hopefully, I’ll figure out how to add my student’s work to the Karen’s Studio Website gallery, too!

    Classes at my home continue to grow. We have 4 new students. I serve tea and a treat (cookies, etc.). We enjoy each other’s company and learn by sharing.

    We continue classes on Wed. nights @ my home. We’re working on our “bricks” for Breast Cancer Auction in Oct. We’ll be going back to the studio @ Essex in mid-September.

    We’ve moved back to Karen’s Studio #125 at Essex Studios for our “open studio”. We are working on our own individual creative projects. Haven’t attempted doing bricks this year. With all of us “under pressure” and “many challenges (personal)” our energies are diverted elsewhere. Hoping we get “back on track” soon. Onward!

    Karen’s Studio has been open for the Essex Studios Art Walks. We’ve sold a few items, too. It’s always interesting to observe people as they visit the studio. With Brian Deyo’s guitar music in the background and plenty of snack food available, it is an enjoyable evening for all. Mo, Candace’s young parrot, keeps us entertained, too. Next art walk is on the first Fri & Sat in March. Hope to see you there.

    Karen, I am interested in taking art classes. I am strictly a beginner. I work full time, and only available eves or Sat am.

    More hours for classes: Wed. 3-6:45 pm on the hour or half hour. $5.00 for 1/2 or 1 hour, $10 for two hours – pay as you go. Always call ahead to be sure you have the “code number” for main entry door. Call Karen: (513)600-8063.
